Submitting an inquiry through our website does not guarantee availability or create a confirmed photography booking.

A booking is considered confirmed only after any required agreements, payments, retainers, or other booking requirements communicated by Margit Anne Photography have been completed.

Pricing displayed on the website or provided during an inquiry may be subject to change based on the photography service requested, date, location, coverage, customization, travel, additional services, or other applicable factors.

5. SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

5.1 SMS Program Description

Margit Anne Photography may send SMS text messages to individuals who voluntarily opt in through our website forms or another clearly disclosed opt-in method.

Transactional and customer-care messages may include responses to inquiries, consultation communications, booking confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling or rescheduling updates, photography service updates, and customer support.
